The goal of the WDMESC Media Center is to improve student achievement by providing appropriate instructional support materials.

The WDMESC Media Center provides poster making services, lettering, and laminating services. Educators are invited to come to the center to use the equipment. Materials can be purchased in the center. Educators may also order materials such as lettering, laminating, or posters. The fees assessed for materials are determined by the actual cost of the material. This is a not for profit center.

Available for check-out in the center are science equipment such as a portable incubator, Robot Kits, Picture Perfect Kits, microscopes, numerous science lab kits, and more. 

Our literacy unit has screening kits available for checkout such as DRA, and level II screeners. The math unit has professional texts available for checkout. 

The Teacher Center Committee gives direction and advice to the Teacher Center Coordinator regarding curriculum and instruction support and the Media Center.
